How to book on Plushour

You choose a dated hour at an approved London clinic and pay the listed price. The clinic delivers the sitting. Plushour takes payment and is not a clinician. Plushour does not prescribe.

   Choose a treatment, pick an available time and book with the clinic through Plushour.

   3. Plushour does not decide if a treatment is right for you.

2. Stage 2

   Find an appointment

   Browse available appointments and filter by treatment or location.

   1. Open London appointments.
   2. Filter by treatment if you already know what you want.
   3. Open an appointment to see the clinic, time and price.

3. Stage 3

   Read a treatment page

   See what to expect, how long a treatment takes, typical downtime and what happens afterwards.

   1. Open Treatments.
   2. Choose the treatment you are considering.
   3. See available London appointments and clinics.

4. Stage 4

   Open a clinic page

   See the clinic location, photos, treatments and available appointments.

   1. Open Clinics.
   2. Open a practice. Check the address and any stored Google rating.
   3. Live slots are the hours you can actually book.

5. Stage 5

   Pay the listed price

   Review the appointment price, sign in and pay securely by card.

   1. Open a dated slot.
   2. Sign in if you are not already.
   3. Check the price, then Continue to payment.

6. Stage 6

   First-treatment £30 offer

   WELCOME30 is £30 off the first eligible booking of £100 or more. One use. The email must be verified.

   1. Create an account and verify the email.
   2. On checkout, leave Apply first-treatment £30 offer ticked if you are eligible.
   3. Plushour funds the discount, so the clinic still receives its agreed amount.

7. Stage 7

   Your bookings and check-in

   Use your booking QR at reception. After your appointment, confirm that it took place or tell us if there was a problem.

   1. Sign in and open Bookings.
   2. On the day, show the booking QR or use Check in.
   3. When the clinic marks it complete, confirm your appointment.

8. Stage 8

   Plushour is not a clinic

   Your clinician will assess suitability and discuss consent before treatment. Plushour handles discovery and booking.

   1. Read the treatment guide and clinic profile before booking.
   2. Injectable treatments still require an assessment by the clinic before treatment.
   3. If the clinician decides a treatment is not suitable, the clinic will explain the next steps.
